Responsibilities

• Support the full recruiting lifecycle for technology project requirements, meeting agreed client targets, deadlines and expectations.
• Identify qualified candidates for both security-cleared and non-cleared technology roles.
• Interview candidates and assess their technical backgrounds against requirements.
• Own candidate communication and experience throughout interviews.
• Present and negotiate approved offers with the recruiting team.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with consultants.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of technology recruiting experience, including delivery of IT consultants to clients.
• At least two years of recruitment agency experience.
• Ability to discuss and understand a consultant’s technical background.
• Ability to prioritize and manage a high volume of requisitions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong writing and the ability to capture detailed technical conversation notes in a CRM while speaking with candidates.
• Experience using CRM systems, common business applications and Boolean searches.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred but is not required.
