Privacy policy
This policy describes the collection, use and handling of personal information associated with website visits, service enquiries and recruitment applications.
Last updated September 25, 2026
Scope and application
This policy describes information handled through the Varveta website, career applications and initial service enquiries. Data handled within a client project is covered by the agreement and any data-processing terms for that engagement.
Information collected
The enquiry form requires your name, work email, company, project challenge, and permission for us to respond. You may optionally share your service needs, desired outcome, timeline, budget, technology stack, links, and other details. We also receive information you choose to send us by email.
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect their services, such as request times, network addresses, browser details, and delivery logs. Do not submit passwords, access keys, confidential datasets or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form.
Career applications
When you submit a recruitment application, we collect your name, email address, location, LinkedIn profile, selected role and résumé. You may also provide a phone number and experience summary.
We process application information to assess professional qualifications and communicate with applicants regarding relevant opportunities. Resend delivers applications and résumé attachments to Varveta’s designated email recipients. The website does not publish your résumé or save a separate copy in a website database.
Applications and attachments may remain in our email systems for the assessment of relevant opportunities and ongoing recruitment correspondence. You may contact us to withdraw your interest or request deletion. Applicants should not submit government identification numbers, financial information or other sensitive information unrelated to the assessment of professional qualifications.
Purposes of processing
We process enquiry information to assess service requirements, respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and manage related correspondence. Technical and analytics information helps operate the site, identify errors, and understand which services visitors explore.
The website does not include an advertising signup or send form contents as analytics events. Submitting an enquiry gives us permission to respond about that enquiry; it is not a newsletter subscription.
Service providers
When online submission is enabled, Resend delivers enquiry details to Varveta’s email inbox. The email provider processes that message to support review and response. Vercel Web Analytics is integrated into the website for page and interaction analytics. Providers may process information in countries other than your own. Resend’s region documentation states that account data, including email metadata, logs and API records, is stored in the United States regardless of the selected sending region.
We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or to address misuse of the website. Provider practices are described in the Resend privacy policy and Vercel privacy policy.
Analytics and browser storage
Analytics can record page visits and actions such as service-link clicks, starting an enquiry, and submission success or failure. Our event code does not send the name, email, project description, or other enquiry text to analytics.
Page analytics may also include the visited URL, referrer, filtered query parameters, approximate location, and browser and device details. See Vercel’s analytics privacy documentation for the provider’s data description.
The current site does not set advertising cookies or use a marketing pixel. Hosting services may keep operational logs. Your browser controls can restrict storage or block analytics requests.
You can exclude your own visits. This saves an exclusion preference in this browser’s local storage for this website. It is not a visitor identifier. Clearing storage removes the preference.
Retention and security
Enquiries and correspondence may remain in email systems while we respond, assess a potential engagement, or maintain records needed for an engagement, a dispute, or applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on whether a conversation is active and whether a continuing business or recordkeeping need exists.
Do not use the public form to transfer production data or credentials. Project access and handling requirements are agreed separately, as explained on our Security & data handling page. No online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Privacy rights and requests
You may decline to submit information, request that further communications cease, or request access, correction or deletion of information you have shared. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may include restricting or objecting to processing, requesting a portable copy, or complaining to your local data-protection authority.
Requests may be subject to identity verification, and certain information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without changing the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Website demonstrations and changes
The workflow animations use fictional data and run in your browser. They do not accept uploads, connect to your systems, or call an AI service. Tool marks identify potential technologies and do not imply a partnership or certification.
We may update this policy as website features or information practices change. The date above identifies the latest version; additional notice will be provided where required.
