Enquiries and client engagements

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a purchase, reserve delivery capacity or establish a client engagement. Proposed services are subject to assessment of requirements and mutual agreement.

Before work begins, a separate written agreement or statement of work should identify the contracting parties, scope, deliverables, fees, payment schedule, client responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and timeline. That agreement governs the engagement, including changes, support, cancellation, and any refunds. These website terms do not replace it.

Pricing, timing, and outcomes

Website budget ranges and service descriptions are provided for preliminary planning purposes. They are not binding quotes, delivery commitments, service-level guarantees, or promises of a particular business result. Final pricing and timing depend on the agreed work, system access, dependencies, and the written engagement terms.

Demonstrations and technology references

Pipeline diagrams and animated workflows demonstrate possible approaches using fictional scenarios and sample data. They are not live connections, client case studies, or evidence of measured production performance. AI responses in the animation are scripted.

Product names and logos belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies potential technologies; it does not imply endorsement, certification, or a commercial partnership. A project’s tools and integrations are selected during scoping.

Website and project materials

You may view this website and use its downloadable samples to evaluate our services or prepare an enquiry. Users must not misrepresent Varveta’s materials as your own work or imply that Varveta or a named technology provider endorses you.

Ownership and permitted use of project code, deliverables, pre-existing materials, open-source components, and third-party software are established in the written engagement agreement and applicable licenses.

Acceptable use and confidentiality

Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the site, submit malicious content, send spam, or use the site unlawfully. Only share information you are authorized to provide.

The enquiry form is intended for preliminary service enquiries. Do not submit credentials, production datasets, or confidential documents. Confidentiality commitments, secure access, and data-processing requirements are agreed separately before exchanging sensitive project information.
